Each role has specific responsibilities outlined below. 2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit content. You agree to: Provide accurate and current information Maintain the security of your account credentials Accept responsibility for all activity under your account Legends Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 3. Trailblazers (Community Members) As a Trailblazer, you may: Browse and engage with legend stories, offers, and events Scan QR codes and participate in campaigns Earn loyalty points, stamps, perks, or rewards (where available) Join community discussions and experiences Trailblazers agree: Not to misuse offers, rewards, or incentives Not to submit fraudulent, abusive, or misleading information That rewards and perks have no cash value unless explicitly stated That offers and events are fulfilled by Local Legends, not Legends Inc. Legends Inc. does not guarantee availability, quality, or fulfillment of third-party offers. 4. Local Legends (Businesses & Organizations) As a Local Legend, you retain ownership of your business, brand, and original content. By submitting content to Legends Inc., you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to: Display, distribute, promote, and publish your content Use your story, images, and media in Legends Inc. marketing, community features, and platform promotion Local Legends agree: All submitted content is accurate and owned or authorized by them Offers, events, and promotions will be honored as published They are responsible for legal compliance related to their business operations They will not post misleading, illegal, or harmful content Legends Inc. is a platform provider, not a business partner, employer, or guarantor of results. 5. Contributors (Writers, Journalists, Creators) As a Contributor, you confirm that: All submitted work is original or properly licensed You have the right to submit and publish the content Your work does not infringe on third-party rights By submitting content, you grant Legends Inc. a non-exclusive, perpetual license to: Publish, edit (for clarity/format), and distribute your content Attribute your work to you unless anonymity is requested Use content across digital, social, and promotional channels Unless otherwise agreed in writing: Submissions are considered voluntary or portfolio-based Legends Inc. does not guarantee compensation, placement, or publication We reserve the right to decline, edit, or remove content at our discretion. 6.
